All visitors should be pre-booked in with reception by their host prior to their visit. Visitors will need to bring government ID with them which they must show to the security upon their arrival. They must sign in the visitors book at reception and the receptionist will then call the person they're meeting who will come down and collect them and host them around the office.

All regular users that require an access card can email emma.taylor@wipro.com and mention the floor they require access to and how often they visit the Reading office.

The desks in Reading are hot desks and work on a first come, first served basis. We also have phone booths available for use as required. There are 3 booths in the first floor and 4 bookable phone hubs located on the first floor that can be used for taking calls, conference calls, confidential online meetings etc. These hubs are bookable via reception - reception.reading@wipro.com

Guests wishing to connect to the Reading office WiFi, should select the Wifi name Wipro_Guest. They will then be taken to a web page where they'll need to enter their name, email address and Wipro hosts email address. Their host will then receive an approval email and once approved, they'll have WiFi access.

There are 2 disabled parking spaces located in the car park. There is a disabled stairlift at the main building entrance. There are 2 lifts available that provide access to all floors.
