At this location

  • The inviting employee must send an Email to the reception in advance and state the number of visitors invited as well as possible reservations for the meeting rooms, catering requests, etc.

    The visitor logs in at the reception and signs a document. They must provide the name, surname, company, assets and the reason for the visit. They also have to document how many cell phones and laptops they have with them.

  • The inquiries will be sent to reception.stuttgart@wipro.com.

    Access key / card key are issued at the reception desk.

    If the employees want to pick up the chip, we need their name and how often they come to the office, then their name and key number will be noted. After signing the document the key will handed over.

  • Currently, there is "WIPRO_STUTTGART" SSID as Pre-Shared Key WIFI (Temporary solution).

    In future there will be a dedicated guest WiFi that can get booked.

OFFICE INFORMATION

  • There are 3 Conference rooms:
    - Suite 1 is the 01.02 for 8 Pax
    - Suite 2 is 01.04 and for 2 Pax
    - Suite 3 is the 01.11 and is for 10 Pax

    All will be able to be booked via Email and probably booking tool. Currently the rooms are booked via email to Reception reception.stuttgart@wipro.com.

  • All catering inquiries should go through the reception. There is one provider, Catering Wisag. Then we collect all requests, such as vegetarian, vegan, etc. for ordering.

  • There is the SI_Centrum 500 meters away. You can eat there or you can go shopping. You can also go swimming and attend the musical. There is also a Casino and Cinemaxx

  • To make it easier, you can send an email to the reception desk. There is a welcome Booklet that describes how to get to the free parking spaces. If you have any question or requests for food, you can send an email to reception, asking to order the food. You can also book meeting rooms in advance by email.

  • There is a room for expectant and nursing mothers that can be used.

  • There is no security switch at this location.

    When visitor comes, whether invited or not, they should ring the bell at the front door and let into the reception where we ask for the reason of the visit. Access is only granted by the Access Chip.

  • There are a total of 4 toilets, they are located in 2 of the 3 existing Wings and are clearly divided for women and men.

    No gender neutral toilets available.
